Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. For orders cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued minus any non-refundable costs incurred (e.g., specialized ingredients or decorations). To request a refund for a cancelled order, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Confirmation Policy: To confirm your order, a full payment is required. We accept various payment methods including cash and e-transfer. Failure to make the full payment within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your order.
